Deeeeeeeep Conditioning- a Blonde Requirement
Ok ,so all of us blondes know that the disadvantage of being blonde is sometimes we end up with dry, brittle hair. However, with a little TLC this problem can be remedied!
I am spastic about conditioning my hair. I condition it every time I shampoo and sometimes if I am running out to the gym or running errands for the day I will shower and leave the conditioner in my hair piled up in a ponytail holder.I find that this really helps the strength and integrity of my hair.
My favorite conditioning products are:
Pantene Beautiful Lengths - a portion of the proceeds of this product goes to the Beautiful Lengths wig program for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. It also conditions great and uses the new Aquacurrent technology.
Frederick Fekkai Technician Color Care Hair Mask
Joico K-Pak
Pureology NanoWorks Luxury Hair Masque
You can also try home methods such as a Virgin Olive Oil soak - just smooth olive oil in your dry hair. Leave on for 30 + minutes with an option of putting a heat cap on your heat and heating the hair up with your hair dryer. The heat will help the olive oil penetrate the hair shaft better. Shampoo and condition and you will be left with beautiful, sleek, shiny hair!!!!
